Founded in Flagstaff, Arizona, we’ve proudly expanded to serve communities from the mountain pines of Flagstaff to the desert valley of Phoenix — offering dependable, high-quality cleaning and property care for homeowners and short-term rental owners alike.

What started as a small, local cleaning service designed to support Northern Arizona’s growing short-term rental market has evolved into a full-service property care company.

Our mission has always been simple:
To make life easier for homeowners and hosts by providing cleaning and maintenance services they can trust — every time.

Over time, Emerson Cleaning grew through word-of-mouth and relationships built on reliability. As client needs expanded, so did we — now offering residential cleaning, spa service, property maintenance, and groundskeeping under one name.

And in 2025, we’re proud to launch Emerson Hosting Co., a dedicated property management branch providing full-service STR hosting support and operations.
