♻️ Turnover Refresh

Performed after each guest stay or scheduled cleaning visit.
Includes:

• Water check and basic balancing
   
• Skim, wipe, and debris removal
   
• Rinse of filter (as needed)
   
• Lid wiped and secured
   

💲 $35–$50 per visit

🧼 Deep Spa Cleaning

Seasonal or heavy-use cleaning service.
Includes:

• Complete drain and refill
   
• Filter cleaning or replacement
   
• Jet and line flush
   
• Lid cleaning and conditioning
   

💲 $100–$150 per service

🔧 Optional Add-Ons

• Filter replacement: $20–$40
   
• Shock treatment: $10–$15
   
• Cover cleaning & protectant: $10–$20
   

Safety & Compliance

All spa chemicals are safely secured in property-specific locking tubs to meet STR management standards and guest safety guidelines.
Our technicians are trained to properly dose, store, and transport all products per manufacturer and safety requirements.

Scheduling

Spa services can be performed:

• Automatically after each guest checkout (for STRs)
   
• During scheduled residential cleanings (for homeowners)
   
• Or as a standalone visit
   

All services are managed through the ResortCleaning App for easy scheduling and invoicing.
